Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your address is not covered, our team will contact you.
2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 2–7 working days depending on your location.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Unexpected delays (weather, strikes, courier issues) may extend delivery time, but we will keep you updated.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges will be applied at checkout.

Free delivery may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values (if applicable).
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must provide accurate contact details to confirm the shipment.

You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or app.
6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

If the order is not received after attempts, it will be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
