1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process

Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refund Method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will only be made via Bank Transfer or Store Credit.
5. Exchange Policy

6. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
